E-Series Tiles: Made of thermal insulating material
All E-Series clay roof tiles are fired in at a temperature of more than 1000°C, making them not only having permanent-lasting colours, but also a thermal insulating material, partially reflecting light radiation. Furthermore, a stagnant air layer forms between the roofing tiles during installation, which contributes to thermal insulation.
E-Series Tiles: Wind and shock resistant
The E-Series roof tiles has specialised overlapping hasp design with anti-skidding features, tightly interlocking two roof tiles securely, providing superb wind and shock resistance. This provides E-Series roof tiles a strong ability to ensure harsh weather conditions especially those in tropical countries like Malaysia, particularly in the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia with strong wind.
E-Series Tiles: No water permeation
The overlapping hasp design also provides excellent water tightness. Additionally, the E-Series flat roof tiles are designed for vertical adjustment, which means they can be adjusted vertically to ensure a close connection with ridge tiles, effectively preventing rainwater infiltration, guaranteeing a watertight roof.
E-Series Tiles: Sound insulation
E-Series flat roof tiles deliver impressive sound insulation due to the nature of kiln-fired clay tiles. With rainfall at 200 mm/h, E-Legance and E-lite roof tiles can reduce the noise by up to 49.5 dB, creating a quieter and more comfortable indoor environment for users.
